Full job description
A permanent Sustainable Energy graduate development programme at Zurich in London, starting in September 2027, with hybrid working. Graduates rotate through three teams, energy underwriting, claims and Zurich Resilience Solutions (risk engineering), all with a focus on customers' sustainable energy transition. They also complete a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship leading to the ACII qualification. Applicants need a 2:1 or above (recently achieved within three years or predicted), 96 UCAS points, GCSE Maths and English at grades 9 to 4, and a passion for sustainability. The starting salary is 33,864 pounds with a biannual review and a 3,200 pound London allowance. Applications close on 18 October 2026.
