Full job description
A permanent Change & Technology Management graduate programme at Zurich's Whiteley office, starting in September 2027. Graduates try different roles in areas such as business analysis, project management, architecture and service delivery, owning workstreams on real business projects from the start. An IT degree is not required, only an interest in technology. Applicants need a 2:1 degree (recently achieved within three years or predicted), 96 UCAS points and GCSE Maths and English at grades 9 to 4. The starting salary is 30,600 pounds, with regular pay reviews and private medical cover. Applications close on 18 October 2026.
