Full job description
A permanent 27-month rotational Business Management graduate programme with Zurich, based initially in Glasgow and starting in September 2027. Graduates rotate through different parts of the UK business, take on projects that add value, and are expected to move location between rotations. The programme includes a Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship (degree-equivalent) leading to the ACII qualification. Applicants need a 2:1 degree, either recently achieved (within three years) or predicted, plus 96 UCAS points and GCSE English and Maths at grades A*-C. The starting salary is 30,600 pounds with two pay reviews a year. Applications close on 18 October 2026.
