Full job description
A permanent three-year rotational accounting graduate scheme at Zurich's Swindon office, starting in September 2027. Graduates complete three one-year rotations across accounting teams, working on real projects such as process transformation, financial support for the business and management information, while studying for either the ACCA or CIMA qualification. A mentor who is a current or former apprentice is provided. Applicants need a predicted or recently achieved 2:1 degree (within the last three years), 96 UCAS points and GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above; a numerate degree is preferred but not required. The starting salary is 30,600 pounds, with a 12% employer pension and private medical cover. Applications close on 18 October 2026.
