Full job description
A six-month M&A internship starting in January 2027 at Zaoui & Co, the advisory boutique founded by Michael and Yoel Zaoui, based in Mayfair, London. Interns support live mandates by preparing valuations and client presentations and doing research, work directly with the founders, and sit in a flexible structure that hands out responsibility early; the strongest interns each year are offered permanent roles. The role is open to students with at least a 2:1 (or UK equivalent) in a relevant subject, fluency in English plus Italian or French, at least one earlier M&A internship, strong corporate finance knowledge and excellent numeracy.
