Full job description

The inaugural Xantium Academy Fellowship, a six-month accelerated programme for early-career professionals starting in summer 2027, with fellows based in either London or New York. It opens with a 10 to 12 week hands-on immersion alongside experienced staff, followed by a three-week classroom block and then a 10 to 12 week capstone rotation, with a long-term advisor and rotation facilitators throughout. Fellows follow flexible Trading or Analysis tracks, doing fundamental and quantitative research, financial modelling, risk monitoring and trade support, and at the end move into a permanent role. Xantium plans to hire 10 to 12 people for the first cohort and looks for a strong academic record, market interest, adaptability and communication skills. Pay is quoted for New York only (150,000 to 175,000 dollars base plus a bonus guaranteed in year one); London pay and closing date are not given.
