The William Blair Women in Banking Programme is a two-day immersive experience designed to introduce high-potential female students to careers in investment banking. Through workshops, commercial discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will gain first-hand insight into the analyst role and life at William Blair. Programme Highlights: gain practical insight into investment banking through technical and commercial workshops led by William Blair bankers; participate in valuation, Excel, and case study exercises designed to develop core analytical skills; network with Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors across our industry teams; learn about William Blair's collaborative culture, career opportunities, and the investment banking recruitment process; build your professional network with William Blair professionals and fellow participants; selected participants may be considered for accelerated progression within William Blair's 2027 Summer Analyst Programme. Who Should Apply: undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in investment banking; are expected to graduate in 2028; demonstrate strong academic achievement; have an established interest in finance, business, or investment banking; demonstrate leadership potential, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills; thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Students from all degree disciplines are encouraged to apply. Programme Details: Location is William Blair's London office. Programme dates are 17-18 September 2026. Format is a two-day, in-person programme. Application Process: applications open 1 July 2026 and close 30 July 2026. Successful applicants will be invited to participate at William Blair's London office. For candidates based in London and across Europe, reasonable travel and accommodation expenses to attend the programme will be covered by William Blair.
