Full job description
A five-day placement at the Leeds office where participants sit in a department, meet people across the firm and take part in assessment activities and real-world simulations; there are two April slots and one June slot in 2027. The application window opens on 22 October 2026 and closes on 31 December. After that, shortlisted candidates take an SHL cognitive test, assessment centres run in February and March, and partner interviews follow in May or June for a training contract decision. The firm pays 250 pounds for the vacation scheme. Trainees earn 34,000 pounds in year one and 37,000 pounds in year two, and a 2:1 (or on track for one) is the entry requirement.
