Veeva's Technical Consultant Development Program in London is aimed at engineering-minded early-career hires who want to write production code rather than only support it, with April 2027 and September 2027 start dates. Associates build integrations using Java SDKs and APIs, create DevOps pipelines, deploy Veeva AI tools on the Vault platform, design backend logic and data migration scripts with migration architects, and ship internal developer tooling, taking real technical responsibility from the first months and moving from Associate to Consultant in under two years. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field, demonstrated object-oriented programming experience, strong communication and academic record, willingness to travel up to 20% and no more than two years since graduating. Starting pay is 40,000 GBP with a raise and bonus eligibility after a year, and the selection steps are an application with questionnaire and personality test, a 60-minute leader interview, a 30-minute online coding challenge and a case with three days to prepare.
