Full job description

A 12-month industrial placement in Unilever's UK Human Resources function starting in June 2027. Students may be placed in roles such as HR business partnering, the Future Careers team, global talent partnering or global learning, working with cross-functional stakeholders on culture change, employee relations and talent development. Hybrid working is required with at least three days a week at the Kingston, London Blackfriars or Port Sunlight (Wirral) office depending on the role. Students must have completed their penultimate undergraduate year before starting and return to university afterwards. Interest in business and strong people skills are emphasised. Applications opened on 14 September 2026 with a rolling deadline (the company advises applying early), and the process runs from an online application and simulation through online reasoning tests, a video interview and a virtual pre-screening to an in-person discovery centre.
