Your role Curious about how a global bank really works? Join the only function with a truly end-to-end view across UBS. In Group Internal Audit, you'll investigate complex challenges, uncover emerging risks and gain exposure to every corner of the bank. We're looking for critical thinkers that love investigating things to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program in Group Internal Audit. You'll get to: - discover how different parts of UBS operate and identify the risks shaping a global financial institution - investigate how decisions, products and processes work in practice, uncovering insights others might miss - use data, technology and critical thinking to assess risks, evaluate whether controls are effective - challenge assumptions to help prevent errors, protect clients and support the firm's strategic goals - learn from experienced colleagues and gain a unique view while helping UBS stay resilient, safe and prepared for what's next Your team You'll be part of Group Internal Audit, the only function with a complete view across UBS. Reporting independently to the Board, we bring together specialists in business, risk, data analytics and AI to identify emerging risks, generate insight and drive change across the firm. Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who: - is in the penultimate or final year of their bachelor or master's degree - is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree - has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative - can explain ideas clearly, whether it's summarising findings, asking good questions, or sharing your thoughts in a way others understand - adapts easily to changing priorities and remains organised when allocated multiple tasks - acts with integrity, enjoys working with others, and shows curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn - can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency. Your program During your 10-week paid internship, you'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
