Your role Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program. You'll get to: - buy and sell financial instruments for our clients - extract market moving data from a variety of sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business - provide clients with information about recent market trends and offer trades at the best prices Your team You'll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that's needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services. Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who: - is graduating between September 2025 and September 2027 - has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date - has no more than two years of full-time work experience - has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree - has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative - is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills - is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines - can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency. Your program Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations.
