Your role Interested in working in finance, specifically asset management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Industrial Placement Program within our Asset Management business. You'll get to: - build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy - support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions - learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes Your team You'll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering. We have opportunities for Industrial Placement interns within the following areas: Client Coverage; Chief Operating Office (COO). Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who: - needs to complete an Industrial Placement program as part of their university studies and graduates in 2029 - is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree - has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative - is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills - is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines - can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency Your program This placement will last 12 months, where you'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
