Full job description
A 24-month Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying at the Oxford office, with a structured development plan, a dedicated Graduate Development Manager and a mix of technical and behavioural training plus support toward professional accreditation. Graduates spend two years in the Real Estate department's building surveying teams on dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring and project management, carrying out building inspections, writing condition and defect reports and helping with cost estimates, while working toward the RICS APC via the Building Surveying pathway. A RICS-accredited degree or master's conversion course in Building Surveying is required, achieved or on track for a 2:1.
