The intern will be fully integrated into the activity of the Credit investment team, which manages 25 billion euros (as at 30 March 2026) and has nearly 50 people across offices in Paris, London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan and New York. Responsibilities include participating in all stages of the execution of debt investment transactions, from receipt of the NDA through to the credit committee; assisting the team in studying new investment opportunities by analyzing the activity, market, positioning and financial performance of target companies; participating in financial modelling for LBOs and company valuations; contributing to the drafting of credit notes required for Investment Committee decisions; and monitoring existing investments (financial analysis, meetings with management) and preparing investor reports. Looking for a Master 1 or 2 student from a business school, engineering school or top university specializing in corporate finance, with very good knowledge of the Office pack and strong knowledge of corporate finance; previous experience in corporate finance (private equity/debt, investment banking, leveraged finance, transaction services, etc.) is preferred. Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills, curiosity, dynamism, rigor and adaptability expected. Fluent French and English required.
