SELECTIRENTE, founded in 1997 and listed on the stock exchange since October 2006, is the only listed French real estate company specialized in retail property assets for local shops, and one of the few in Europe. It is managed by SELECTIRENTE GESTION, a subsidiary of Tikehau Investment Management. Within the Finance Department, the intern will actively contribute to monitoring and analyzing the company's financial and non-financial performance (forecasting, modeling, cash flow plan monitoring), preparing financing files for banks, preparing materials for management, contributing to financial communications and regulatory reporting, preparing periodic reports and analyzing KPIs (AUM, TOF, cost of debt, etc.), carrying out ad hoc financial studies and analyses, and monitoring developments and contributing to the company's growth projects. Looking for a final-year student in a Specialized Master's in Management/Finance (business school, engineering school, or equivalent) with a solid foundation in finance, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, organized, curious, and with strong interpersonal skills. Internship, 5 months, full time, starting 1 September 2026, based at 32 Rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France.
