At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential element in the decision-making process, embedded in the fundamental analysis of the investment teams. This role is an opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and work with portfolio managers and research teams on various ESG topics. The intern will assist the team in reporting exercises (SFDR periodic reporting, SRI reports and Impact report, annual report, etc.), ESG analysis (ESG scoring, monitoring of SRI criteria, benchmarking, monitoring of decarbonization targets, etc.), completing due diligence questionnaires, preparing presentations and legal and marketing materials, and strengthening the department by refining tools, implementing efficient processes, and contributing to the team's research capacities. The intern will also participate in engagement efforts with the research team on impact, ESG and controversy topics for priority portfolio companies, and in project management. At group level, responsibilities include participating in cross-functional ESG projects (biodiversity and climate issues) and Group reporting and regulatory publications (Climate report, UN PRI reporting). Looking for a final or penultimate-year student from a top business or engineering school with strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach, excellent command of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), strong communication and teamwork skills, fluency in English and French, a keen interest in ESG and sustainable development issues, and a solid understanding of and interest in capital markets.
