Full job description
Swiss Re is recruiting Investment Analyst Graduates into its Financial Markets Programme in London, a rotational scheme lasting at least 18 months with placements in three to four investment teams such as private debt, public fixed income, rates and insurance-linked securities. Graduates analyse markets and portfolio performance, contribute to investment strategy, support due diligence and present findings, using data analytics and newer technologies. Start is planned for 1 September 2027, with an earlier start possible, and working is hybrid with at least three office days a week. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, maths, engineering, computer science or a related field, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and no more than three years of professional experience. Applications close on 1 October 2026, followed by an assessment centre. The posting does not state a visa position, and salary is only shared at interview.
