Susquehanna is looking for highly motivated full-time students for our 10-week trading system engineering summer internship program based between our EU Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, and our London office. This is a computationally intensive role solving problems at the intersection of trading, data, and technology, working on low latency C++ trading system development alongside senior developers. What we're looking for: Class of 2028 master's or bachelor's student in a quantitative/STEM discipline, in their penultimate year of study, intending to graduate and begin full-time employment by August 2028. Strong software development skills in C++, C, or Rust, some Python experience, and experience with data libraries such as Pandas, Polars, or NumPy.
