Susquehanna is seeking talented graduates to join their growing London office in August 2027. As a trading system engineer, you'll work in a computationally intensive role solving problems at the intersection of trading and technology, working on trading systems engineering, low-latency C++ strategy development, and high-performance C++ libraries. You will begin with a comprehensive education program before being placed on a trading team that aligns with your interests and background. What we're looking for: Class of 2027 master's or bachelor's student in a quantitative/STEM discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, mathematics or data science. Strong software development skills in C++, C, or Rust, along with some Python experience. Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
