Susquehanna's quantitative trading programme is our full-time, graduate programme marking the start of a career in one of the world's leading quantitative trading firms. Graduate quantitative traders are embedded in one of our trading desks, gaining exposure to strategies and managing risk within the first few months. What we're looking for: a problem solver who enjoys solving puzzles and discovering solutions to complex problems; a clear communicator; ambitious; a soon-to-be or recently graduated student available to join the programme in June 2027. Don't worry if you don't have a finance background, the education programme will teach you everything you need.
