Full job description
A two-year leadership development programme for entry-level hires within State Street Alpha, the bank's investment lifecycle platform, based in London with a July 2027 start. Participants complete four six-month rotations across Alpha business lines and functions, doing work such as project management, data analysis and configuration, client onboarding, financial modelling and process improvement, and move into a permanent Alpha role afterwards. It begins with orientation and training in Boston.
