Full job description
A ten-week Transaction Services Summer Internship with Standard Chartered in France, starting June 2027. Interns work in one of five areas: optimising client liquidity through cash management, facilitating global trade transactions, implementing digital product solutions, driving growth through transaction-banking sales, or enabling client connectivity through digital channels. The programme includes a structured induction, real business challenges and meaningful responsibilities from day one, technical and behavioural skills development, mentoring from managers and buddies, and exposure to senior leaders across Standard Chartered's global network, with many interns going on to a graduate role. It's open to students of any degree discipline in their penultimate year, able to intern in June 2027 and start full-time in July 2028, who hold the permanent legal right to work in France. Applications run 17 August to 31 December 2026, with assessment centres from October 2026; candidates may only submit one Standard Chartered application within a six-month period.
