Full job description
Squarepoint is building a Central Trading & Monitoring team to ensure around-the-clock supervision of trading activities and operational processes. As a Shift Trader, you will play a role in risk management, trade oversight, operational lifecycle management, and incident response, while contributing to automation of monitoring and trading operations. Responsibilities: monitor real-time exposures across trading activities, proactively raising alerts and escalating incidents; execute hedging actions following established procedures; oversee systematic trading strategies, including restarting as needed; perform ad-hoc hedging and booking tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field; programming proficiency in Python (KDB is a plus); strong verbal and written communication skills.
