We are looking for highly motivated graduates or early career professionals with an interest in quantitative finance and a background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or other STEM disciplines to join our team as Desk Quant Analysts, working closely with Quantitative Researchers, Traders and investment teams. Responsibilities: maintain and improve trading tools, analytics, production processes and strategy configurations; clean, analyze and manage large datasets; perform live and historical monitoring of trading activities, investigate production issues, and conduct post-trade analysis. Required Qualifications: degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative discipline; programming proficiency in at least one major language (e.g. C++, Java, Python); excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
