Full job description
An eight-week Global Markets Summer Internship at Societe Generale's Canary Wharf office in London. The programme is structured around two four-week rotations, giving you exposure to Sales, Trading, Financing, and Quantitative Investment Solutions. Alongside on-the-job work, you'll take part in workshops, training sessions, talks from senior speakers, and networking and social events, and finish with a group project presented to the wider team. Completing the internship is a route to a place on Societe Generale's Graduate Programme starting in 2028. It's open to penultimate-year undergraduate or postgraduate students on track for a 2:1 or equivalent, with strong Excel skills (or a willingness to learn financial modelling), working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, and an interest in the regulatory side of financial services. The recruitment process runs from an online application (7 September - 25 October 2026) through online assessments, a one-way video interview, a virtual assessment centre in January 2027, and final interviews in January/February 2027.
