Full job description
Shell runs a graduate leadership programme in which the UK Finance stream places graduates in two 18-month rotations at the Shell Centre in London. Rotations cover areas such as accounting and reporting, business partnering, financial planning, controls, risk management, direct tax and treasury, supported by structured development. Preferred backgrounds include finance, accounting, economics, business management and mathematics. Applicants must be doing or have finished a bachelor or master degree in the UK, graduating in 2027 or within the last three years, with a 2:1 or equivalent expected or achieved. Start dates are March and September 2027 and the application window closes on 15 December 2026. The posting gives no visa sponsorship or right-to-work statement.
