This is a one-year sandwich placement starting in September 2027 as a Surveying Sandwich Placement Student on a Commercial, Residential or Development route, with London teams such as rating, development viability, lease consultancy and property management and regional teams in cities including Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and Edinburgh. Pay is £29,000 or £26,500 depending on location on a one-year contract, and the Savills placements page describes sandwich placements as aimed at second-year cognate students building 12 months of APC experience. Locations on offer are London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh.
