This is a one-year sandwich placement starting in September 2027 as a Rural Sandwich Surveyor in Savills' rural teams, supporting valuation, estate and property management work with support towards the RICS APC Rural or Valuation pathway. Pay is £29,000 in London and £26,500 in the regions on a one-year contract, and the Savills placements page describes sandwich placements as aimed at second-year cognate students building 12 months of APC experience. Locations on offer are York, London, Lincoln, Chester, Telford, Carlisle.
