Full job description

This is a permanent graduate role starting in September 2027 as a Graduate Surveyor rotating across teams on the Commercial, Residential or Planning and Development pathway (London pathway assigned after the assessment centre), training towards RICS APC. Pay is £30,000 plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus in London, or £27,000 plus £1,000 in the regions (some regions pay the higher figure), and the contract is permanent rather than a two-year training contract, with training and APC costs covered. Locations on offer are London, Birmingham, Peterborough, Reading, Oxford, Chelmsford. Applications close at 11.59pm on 19 October 2026 (Savills may close earlier), after a CV-and-question application followed by an SHL online assessment due by noon on 20 October 2026. Screening calls are in November and December. Assessment centres are 5 and 6 January 2027 for London roles, 11 January in Birmingham for the Birmingham rotation, and 14 and 15 January in London for other regional roles.
