Full job description

This is a permanent graduate role starting in September 2027 as a Graduate Planner or Surveyor in the Economics team, building economic, planning and property cases for development, regeneration and infrastructure projects, with support towards RTPI or RICS APC. Pay is £30,000 plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus, and the contract is permanent rather than a two-year training contract, with training and APC costs covered. Locations on offer are London.
