Full job description

This is a permanent graduate role starting in September 2027 as a Graduate Lands Consent Surveyor in the rural infrastructure team, handling land consents, referencing, negotiation and landowner liaison for electricity, water, gas and telecoms projects. Pay is £30,000 plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus in London, or £27,000 plus £1,000 in the regions, and the contract is permanent rather than a two-year training contract, with training and APC costs covered. Locations on offer are London, Salisbury, Cirencester, Bury St Edmunds.
