Full job description

This is a permanent graduate role starting in September 2027 as a Graduate Building Surveyor or Project Manager in Savills' Building and Project Consultancy business, with training costs and RICS APC support. Pay is £30,000 plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus in London, or £27,000 plus £1,000 in the regions, and the contract is permanent rather than a two-year training contract, with training and APC costs covered. Locations on offer are London, Cambridge, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford.
