Full job description

This is a permanent graduate role starting in September 2027 as a Graduate Surveyor in the Affordable Housing division, rotating through its five teams (including general consultancy, development and regeneration, and surveying and procurement) towards RICS APC. Pay is £30,000 plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus, and the contract is permanent rather than a two-year training contract, with training and APC costs covered. Locations on offer are London.
