Full job description
A Summer Analyst role on Santander's Investment Banking team in New York, part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division, starting June 2027. The program combines comprehensive training on Santander, CIB and its capabilities with practical, hands-on technical and interpersonal-skills development, paired with a mentor who provides guidance throughout the summer. Santander frames the role around learning client service and long-term relationship-building while developing the technical grounding to launch a CIB career. It's open to undergraduate students in a four-year program with an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2028, based in New York and working with teams across different geographies as part of Santander's international business.
