RWE Supply & Trading is offering a year-long industrial placement in its Power Transmission team, based in London or at its UK headquarters in Swindon, with a July 2027 start. Pay is 27,100 pounds in Swindon or 31,500 pounds in London. The team works on grid connections for the firm's generation and storage projects across Europe, so the student contributes to power flow and congestion models, supports stakeholder meetings, reviews UK transmission policy changes, helps find optimal connection points for renewables and supports commercial risk assessments of grid policies.
