Full job description
Russell-Cooke runs a one-week vacation scheme in which you are based in one department, buddied with a senior associate, and can meet clients, possibly visit court and see several departments and offices. At the end of the week there is an interview with the graduate recruitment panel and a letter-writing test, which count towards a training contract. Applications for the 2027 scheme open on 4 November 2026 and close on 3 February 2027. Its FAQ says applicants need a minimum 2:1 and AAB at A-level, though mitigating circumstances are considered through a contextual recruitment system, and vacation scheme applicants are automatically considered for a training contract. The pages give no visa or right-to-work statement.
