Full job description
A Tax Digital Graduate role at RSM UK in Birmingham, sitting within the national tax technology team and using software, data and AI to modernise how tax is calculated, reported and filed, supporting RSM's tax teams to serve clients better through digital tools. You'll join a community of people starting digital journeys across audit, tax, consulting and national technology, gain access to RSM's digital learning hub, and work with tools including Alteryx, Power BI and Microsoft Copilot while developing the skills to use AI confidently, responsibly and ethically. RSM is looking for graduates who are curious and motivated with a keen interest in all things digital (no prior tax study required), a minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent) and an obtained/predicted honours degree. This role requires an existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK - RSM does not indicate visa sponsorship for this position.
