Full job description

A Consulting Graduate role at RSM UK in Bristol, helping organisations navigate new technology, changing regulation, economic uncertainty and rising expectations. You'll begin your career in one of RSM's two largest solutions - Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance - matched to your skills and the needs of the business, contributing to real client work from day one alongside experienced colleagues. Depending on your solution, you could be preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting, turning financial information into insight for client decisions, meeting people at every level of a client organisation, or conducting interviews, reviewing documents and analysing data as part of risk and governance reviews. Most learning happens in client meetings and project discussions rather than behind a screen, with five days a week spent in the office or with clients.
