Full job description

An Audit Graduate role at RSM UK in Glasgow, working with audit colleagues on thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records, processes and controls to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and build stakeholder confidence. You'll start studying towards your Chartered Accountant qualification as soon as you join, sitting your first exams within a few months, and become a key team member from day one - working with a wide variety of clients from owner-managed businesses to large listed groups, charities and pension schemes, predominantly office or client-site based. RSM is looking for a minimum of 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers (or equivalent), an obtained/predicted honours degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in business and commerce; General Studies, AS levels and the EPQ are not accepted. The start date is a fixed and mandatory 14 September 2027.
