Full job description
RPC runs two two-week summer schemes at its London office, from 14 to 25 June and from 28 June to 9 July 2027, paying 550 pounds a week. Interns are integrated into teams on real projects, and most London trainees are recruited through the scheme, with a training contract starting two years later. Applications open on 1 October 2026 and close on 11 January 2027; law students apply in the penultimate or final year, non-law students in their final year, and graduates at any time. The process is an online form, an RPC-designed online early talent assessment and an in-person assessment day in January or February. Applicants need the right to work full time (35 hours a week) in the UK, and the firm only mentions visa sponsorship for accepted training contracts.
