Full job description

Reed Smith's London Solicitor Apprenticeship is a six-year route for school leavers: two years rotating through business services, two years working at paralegal level and earning an LLB, then two years in the trainee programme, with 20 percent of time spent on study. The starting salary is 27,000 pounds plus a 2,000 pound sign-on bonus, with 25 days of holiday. Applicants need ABB at A-level or equivalent and at least seven GCSEs at grade 6 or above including Maths and English, must be UK nationals or have lived in the UK for at least three years, and must be eligible for level 7 funding. Applications open on 5 October 2026 and close at 5pm on 8 January 2027, followed by an online assessment, written form, video interview, a call and an assessment centre.
