Pinsent Masons is recruiting London trainees for a two-year training contract starting in September 2028; applications opened on 15 September 2026 and close at 12pm on 4 November 2026. The firm says this direct route is available in London only, while Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds candidates apply through the 2027 vacation placement. Applicants need ABB at A-Level (128 UCAS points, one sitting, no resits), a 2:1 predicted or achieved, and to be in the penultimate year of a law degree or final year of a non-law degree, or already graduated. The process is a registration and application form, an online blended assessment and an assessment centre. Trainee pay is 54,000 pounds in year one and 59,000 pounds in year two, and legal course fees plus a maintenance grant are covered. The firm states it can sponsor trainee solicitors in its London office only.
