Full job description
Pinsent Masons is recruiting Belfast trainees to begin a two-year training contract in September 2027; applications opened on 15 September 2026 and close at 12pm on 31 October 2026, with the assessment centre on 18 and 19 November 2026. Applicants need ABB at A-Level, a predicted or achieved 2:1, a qualifying law degree (final year or graduated) or a law conversion course, and must plan to attend the IPLS Solicitors Course or have completed the SQE before starting. Trainee pay is 26,000 pounds in year one and 28,000 pounds in year two, rising to 48,000 pounds on qualification. International applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK, and the firm says it can sponsor trainees only in London.
