Osborne Clarke offers a direct training contract route for candidates who cannot attend the summer vacation scheme. Applications open on 1 October 2026 and close at 23:59 on 15 January 2027, with assessment centres in February and March 2027. Trainees complete two years of placements with at least one seat each in transactional, disputes and regulatory work, and joiners take part in a two-year pre-joining programme while studying.
