Full job description
RISE is the firm's flagship work experience programme for Year 12 students from underrepresented backgrounds, running as a two-year development programme. It includes an in-person work experience week during October half term (week commencing 26 October 2026) at the London or Newcastle office, work shadowing, a client insight day, a mock assessment centre, training and mentoring, and a graduation day. Participants are paid 500 pounds across the programme with travel reimbursed. Applicants must attend a state school, meet minimum grades (an average of six across their top eight subjects, including English and Maths) and satisfy a social mobility criterion. Applications close on 24 September 2026 at 23:59 and involve a form, a cover letter, a psychometric test and a recorded video interview.
