Full job description
This two-year London graduate scheme covers the operational side of delivering legal services, including project management, process improvement, technology and AI adoption, data reporting and legal service design. Graduates complete four six-month rotations across teams, including a client secondment, all in London, and the scheme does not lead to a legal qualification. The start date is August or September 2027 on a starting salary of 38,000 pounds, and permanent roles at the end are earned through performance. The application deadline is 1 January 2027, with an in-person assessment day in February 2027. The firm says it sponsors visas for the London training contract only.
