A two-week unpaid Women's Immersion Programme in London, giving first and second-year students practical exposure to Nomura's Global Markets and Investment Banking divisions through front-office work, networking opportunities, and potential fast-track consideration for Nomura's Summer Internship Programme. It's open to women in their first year of university or second year of a four-year course, graduating in 2029, with a high level of academic and extracurricular achievement and fluent English.
