Full job description
The NHS Wales Financial Management Graduate Scheme, for a 2027 cohort starting September 2027 with vacancies expected across North, West and South Wales. You'd rotate through NHS Wales finance placements - financial management, business partnering and financial planning - while studying towards the ACCA professional accountancy qualification, working in partnership with clinicians and other professionals in a complex, real-world environment. Trainees are supported through formal training activities and a Graduate Lead, with responsibility and complexity increasing over the scheme. Candidates need a minimum 2:2 degree awarded by July 2027.
