Full job description
A 36-month Graduate Operational Management Apprentice programme at Aintree University Hospital (Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust), combining rotational placements across clinical and corporate services with a Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship and the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme. You'd work alongside senior managers and multidisciplinary teams on capacity management, performance, workforce coordination and service improvement, with responsibility increasing over the three years, preparing you for future NHS operational leadership roles. Pay follows an Annex 21 arrangement rising from 65% to 75% of Band 6 salary across the three years. This is a locally managed Trust apprenticeship, distinct from the national NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme.
